This sandwich includes a grilled seasoned chicken breast with diced avocado (healthy fats!), pico de gallo, lettuce and sour cream on a whole wheat bun. You will also get a side of veggies. This meal has just 540 calories, 8 grams of fiber and a whopping 45 grams of protein! Eating healthy has never been so tasty!
