Fall Healthy Meal Plan
Eating food in season is not only less expensive, but tastier AND healthier! Food in season has maximum nutrients and less travel time from farm to table. We are at the height of Fall food! Don’t miss it. Right now is the perfect time to serve your kids pumpkin foods, apples, winter squash, carrots, pomegranates, and potatoes.
So, today’s menu consists of recipes from blogs that I read using some of these tasty fall foods. I’m thinking about having next week be pumpkin week… what do you think??
