Pace of exercise is challenging, making for some sore muscles

Stephanie Howard continues to fight the weight battle.

And while there are victories, they are never easy.

Howard won three months of fitness training from Gabe Nagy, and she’s been writing for the Weighty Matters blog.

“This week has been lots of work for me physically and emotionally,” Howard said. “Gabe has really been challenging me, as always, and I’ve been ready for him every time.

“We did some work with a kettle ball this last session,” she said. “I did not realize how sore your entire body can get with even just a few sets of power squats! You are really using your core muscles, not to mention legs and upper body.”
